Interesting that despite all its good intentions, IGE would dominate as a private entity. At least that is what my sources suggest. I would be seriously interested if I knew if it went public.

i played maple story (Global) about a year and a half ago, and i really liked it.

i loved it. it was ALMOST perfect (ALMOST, not because of the game, but because of personal technical reasons).

except that i grew tired of the tedious grinding i had because of my slow connection (w/c results to frustration).

i guess i need to reconsider playing maple story again, now that i have changed to a better ISP (a whole lot better, i might say). hehe! :-)

Sorry for what I said about the Citizenship/Identification Number if you don't get it. I actually mean that in KoreaMS, ChinaMS, TaiwanMS, ThailandMS, and MapleSEA, you need a citizenship/identification number to register (KoreaMS asks for real name, social security number, adress of residence, home phone number, etc. to register properly) (although in MapleSEA, you can make up a identification number).

Sorry If I said a lot. But, I read from some other forums the other day that GlobalMS is the most hacker-infested version currently right now... Maple SEA is Second, JapanMS is 3rd, EuropeMS is 4th but hacking level in Europe is rising (It may surpass JapanMS by November 2007. Most Common Reason: Only GlobalMS, Maple SEA, JapanMS and EuropeMS are the only MapleStory versions that does not require some sort of an citizenship/identification number. Most preferably Age Requirement (normally 13+). KoreaMS age requirement is 5+ and under 80. Sucks, eh?
PS: I play both KoreaMS and GlobalMS. Plus I used to be one of the 100,000 players in KoreaMS Tester Version (Tespia).
